A recent Treasure And a project box:

I was fortunate enough to discover a beautiful blog called Tat's Heaven where I entered a giveaway by counting buttons in a Teddy Bear Jar -This is what I won:

It is a bag decorated with buttons and  Sally's very own hand tatted trim - Didn't she do a lovely job !! She included some floss, buttons, and a "friendship Spoon" - which I have never heard of, but it is really quite unique
I am behind with my blogging & I did not have the opportunity to post this sooner -
Thank you so much Sally
I truly appreciate the time and effort you put in to making this-
Your tatting is just beautiful ;)

And as a side note - I decided to place an LHN piece on a wooden box to keep by my sofa to hold my small projects, scissors, needles ...as I stitch.
Here's a peak:
I am pleased with the result -
And it cuts down on  the clutter
I got the idea from the LHN website -Here.
Happy Stitching

Hi Patty! Thank you so much for visiting my succulent blog. And congratulations on winning that contest. You got a lovely gift! I still have some beautiful tatting that my Grandmother did. So tiny and beautiful!

And if you live in Florida it is a great place to grow succulents. You should try.

Oh it is so exciting seeing the bag again! Thank you for showing it to everyone. No one can do every craft there is and it is good that we can look on the ones we can't do and admire them. I would never have the patience to do what you do and your stitching is so neat and your projects so different. That box is going to be useful. But if you ever have the chance to pick up a tatting shuttle again give it another try there are a lot of us out there to help. Many blessings

I love that sampler! I'm off to buy the pattern now. It looks lovely on the box. Perhaps I'll 'borrow' that idea as well.
