Here is what happens when combining some Offray ribbon from Wal-mart with part of a freebie from

"Aiguilles" means Needles

Although i don't think I would use this candle with the ribbon attached -
Wouldn't it be great for decorating one's creative space!

Spring Thyme Stash Swap

I recently joined the Spring Thyme Stash Swap from Samplermakers.

This is what I sent to my swap partner:

I stitched and framed the freebie "Simply Heart" by Nicoletta Farrauto 

using Carrie's Creations Hand Dyed Thread "Banana Split"
  

I added my partners initials to the center of the design to personalize it a bit & 

placed ric rac at the bottom of the piece to add some texture to the final product.

 I also stitched & finished a pincushion from the design "Tis Green" by La-D-Da:

And made a little spring bunny.

And I also received a wonderful package:

The patterns also came with threads, linen, and fabric for finishing ;)
I just love everything I was sent-
My partner did a fabulous job !!!!!!
